  After 3 weeks of having a loved one at Steuben, we decided we had to bring her home. While we acknowledge the staff they have are great; they do not have adequate staffing to meet the needs of clients. It's too bad as the place has the potential to serve the growing needs of our aging population. The owners need to realize they will have staff turnover until they adequately staff. They should also ask themselves who they would place the care of their loved ones in. For my family Rehab care was good, long term care of a loved one with dementia unsettling. Too bad!
